Job DescriptionPayroll Sales Associate/Professional


  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients interested in payroll solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with prospects, understand their payroll processing needs, and propose tailored solutions aligned with our offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of FinTitan|ADP’s payroll products, staying updated on new features and enhancements, and effectively articulating their value to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative presentations or demonstrations showcasing FinTitan|ADP payroll services to prospective clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, and marketing to optimize sales efforts and meet client needs effectively.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date of market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to adapt strategies and remain competitive in the market.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in payroll services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll systems, payroll processing, and familiarity with ADP or similar payroll solutions (e.g., Paychex, Gusto).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, including payroll services or related fields


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and persuade potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a focus on achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, quickly learn new technologies, and adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics.

Compensation: $50,000 base salary with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $90,000 or higher
